A seasoned professional with a postgraduate degree in science and a PhD in Business Entrepreneurship, Mr. Bansal brings over two decades of rich and diversified experience across finance, logistics, and building infrastructure. His career reflects a rare blend of entrepreneurial vision, financial acumen, and operational leadership, enabling him to navigate complex business environments while building resilient and scalable organisations.

 

As Managing Director, Mr. Bansal has been instrumental in steering the company through critical phases of transformation and growth. Under his leadership, the organisation has undergone a successful turnaround driven by strategic deployment of technology, process optimisation , and socially responsible business practices.

 

Drawing on his early experience in establishing closely held financial services enterprises, and having developed a strong foundation in capital structuring, risk management, and wealth creation. Today, he oversees the company’s financial architecture and provides overall strategic direction, balancing growth ambitions with financial discipline, stakeholder trust, and sustainable development.

​Chief Operating Officer

With over two decades of experience in infrastructure development, he has been central to strengthening and expanding the company’s core road and highway construction business. His expertise spans end-to-end project execution, operational planning, resource optimization, and stakeholder coordination, enabling consistent delivery across complex and large-scale projects. Known for his reliability and integrity, he has built strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

 

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he leads day-to-day operations and oversees the execution of multiple projects across geographies. He drives operational excellence by managing cross-functional teams of project managers, coordinators, and site leadership, while closely partnering with senior management to align execution with strategic objectives. His focus on efficiency, quality, safety, and timely delivery supports sustainable growth and strengthens the organisation's operational performance.

Chief Finance Officer

A graduate in Business Administration with an MBA in International Business Management, he brings over eight years of cross-functional leadership experience across commerce, finance, and stakeholder liaison. He has led business development, bidding and tendering, and procurement functions, aligning commercial strategy with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

 

He has played a strategic role in diversifying the company’s business portfolio by identifying and scaling new revenue streams, including the expansion into building material supply. Guided by a strong belief in sustainable, win–win partnerships, he focuses on building long-term stakeholder relationships while ensuring responsible growth with positive social and community impact.

Director (Operations)

Parvesh is deeply committed to the company’s long-standing values and collaborative ethos, with a clear focus on building a future-ready organization by leveraging global best practices and emerging business developments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from RIT, Bangalore, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune.

 

Prior to joining the company, he gained over seven years of diverse industry experience. His professional journey includes roles as Site Planner at Wave Estate, Mohali - an IGBC pre-certified township spread across 235 acres with Wave Group and as Regional Planning Head (North India) at Shapoorji Pallonji Company Private Limited.

 

During his tenure, he was actively involved in planning for marquee national projects, including the ITPO Pragati Maidan redevelopment (Bharat Mandapam) featuring hybrid high-rise structures, and the Central Vista Avenue project at India Gate, encompassing over 150 acres of redevelopment in New Delhi.
